Clients can opt out of marketing communication at any time by informing us or using unsubscribe options. We follow applicable Indian IT laws, TRAI DLT regulations, and platform-specific communication policies. All scale model designs, concepts, drawings, and fabrication methods remain the intellectual property of our business unless otherwise agreed in writing. Any drawings, images, or references shared by the client must be authorized for use, and the client is solely responsible for any copyright or legal issues.
Quotations provided are based on the scope shared; any changes in design, size, material, or detailing will lead to cost revision
Project timelines are approximate and may vary depending on design changes, approvals, material availability, or unforeseen circumstances.
Work will commence only after confirmation and advance payment as per agreed terms. Delays in client approvals, drawings, or payments may result in timeline extensions without liability on our part. Final dispatch or delivery will be done only after full payment clearance unless otherwise agreed.
Transportation, packaging, and handling charges are additional unless specifically included in the quotation. We are not responsible for damages caused during transit if the shipment is handled by third-party logistics; however, we assist in proper packing.
Minor variations in color, texture, lighting, or finish may occur due to the handcrafted nature of scale models and material limitations
Models are delicate products and must be handled carefully; no warranty is provided against physical damage after delivery.
Electrical components (if any) used in models are tested before dispatch, and no long-term warranty is guaranteed. Any repair, modification, or maintenance after delivery will be chargeable
The client agrees not to replicate, copy, or commercially use our model designs without written permission.
We reserve the right to use images/videos of completed models for marketing, portfolio, and promotional purposes unless the client requests otherwise in writing. Cancellation of confirmed orders may result in deduction of costs incurred up to that stage. Any disputes will be subject to jurisdiction in your business location (e.g., Jaipur, Rajasthan). We reserve the right to update pricing, policies, and terms at any time without prior notice.
By proceeding with our services, the client agrees to all the above terms and policies.
